When I saw my neighbors box, I thought just what I needed, so I ordered one. You can either input a code or use the key that comes with it, I prefer to use the key. Once the package is put into the box and the lid is closed, it auto locks. I just leave the lid up and when I check the box thru out the day, my packages are securely locked inside."
