"really happy with this product. works great. esp love the one hand on/off button. the water flow seems a gentle, but with the scrubbing action, it does get all the dirt and soap off. was esp pleased with using it around my dogs face/head. it made it a lot easier to wash off the soap without getting water in her eye/nose/ears. the product listed teflon tape as included, but mine did not have any in there. luckily, i had plenty at home already so that wasnt an issue. i did struggle to find a way to attach the hose to my soaking tub where i wash my 100 lb rottweiler. there was an aerator attached to the spout of my tub faucet. I took that off and i used a Faucet Adaptor 15/16" to garden hose attachment and that work perfectly."
